| First of all, thanks for considering an investment in my Homeschooling Guide. If you've never ordered anything online before, here's how it works. Your order is processed by ClickBank, where you can pay by credit card or by check. If you want to pay by check, you just click the online check link on the order form and enter the account number from your check.
When you click the order page, you will go to a secure order form at ClickBank. It looks like this:

ClickBank provides credit card clearing and payment services for tens of thousands of merchants all over the internet.
You will connect to ClickBank through a secure server, which makes it virtually impossible for a hacker to intercept your information. Once you enter your payment and credit card information, your credit card is validated and you will be taken to a web page which has the "Parents Guide..." download information. You can then easily click on the file and download it to your own computer.
ClickBank does not store your credit card number and I never even see it. I am only advised that your payment cleared. Once it does clear, your number vanishes. So as you can see, ordering online is very safe. Far safer than handing your credit card to a waiter or gas station attendant!
Refunds
There are two levels of protection for you in terms of refunds. The first thing you can do is request a refund from me at webmaster@home-schooling-basics.com Any such request to me will be honored with no questions asked.
Your second level of safety is ClickBank - the payment processor. This is because included with your email receipt of your purchase you get directions from ClickBank on how to get a refund. I've reprinted a recent one for a purchase I made below:

Please be courteous and allow the vendor two business
days to respond.
If after two business days the issue remains unresolved,
ClickBank will be happy to assist you directly. To reach
us, provide all the details of your complaint in a reply
to this email.
